Distilling Ghana's tech revolution for 13,000+ followers

When Ghana's leading tech platform needed to cut through the noise ahead of their flagship December conference, we didn't just create content—we built a narrative that made innovation undeniable.
Tech in Ghana (@techinghana on LinkedIn) had momentum—a growing community, a December 2025 conference in Kumasi, and a story worth telling. But momentum isn't enough. With thousands of African tech narratives competing for attention, they needed strategic content that could educate, engage, and convert followers into conference attendees. The platform: TikTok. The audience: 13,000+ followers hungry for substance, not hype.
We designed a 4-week strategic content collaboration that turned complexity into clarity. Each week targeted a different pillar of Ghana's tech ecosystem—engineering innovation, healthtech breakthroughs, edtech transformation, and agritech revolution.
Week 1: Foundation & Culture
Launched with Suame Magazine (Africa's largest informal tech hub), kente meets fashion tech, and alternative Detty December experiences. Established Ghana as both heritage-rich and innovation-forward.
Week 2: Healthtech
Spotlighted three game-changers: DrDoGood (Founder Emmanuella Tordman), Yemaachi Biotech (Co-Founder David Hutchful), and minoHealth AI Labs (CEO Darlington Akogo—the defining voice in AI and Africa). Showcased how Ghanaian innovation solves real health access gaps.
Week 3: Edtech
Featured eCampus (top 100 globally ranked edtech) and Founder Cecil Nutakor. Narrative threads: "The Classroom Without Walls" (digital tools bridging rural learning gaps, coding programs for young girls) and "From Code to Career" (how youth turn tech training into economic opportunity).
Week 4: Agritech
Closed with Farmerline Founder Alloysius Attah (award-winning agritech pioneer). Themes: "From Soil to Software" (mobile apps predicting rainfall, drones mapping soil health) and "Young, Green & Growing" (new generation of agripreneurs modernizing agriculture).
We didn't just inform—we positioned Tech in Ghana as essential curators of West Africa's innovation narrative and ourselves as strategic brand ambassadors driving conference visibility.
3,000+ TikTok followers engaged with strategic, sector-focused content over four weeks
4 ecosystem pillars distilled: engineering, healthtech, edtech, agritech—each with founder spotlights
December 2025 conference promoted through embedded storytelling, not hard sells
Brand ambassador role secured: positioned as strategic partners, not just content creators
Narrative infrastructure built: replicable framework connecting innovation to real-world impact
Ghana's tech story is no longer fragmented. It's focused, accessible, and impossible to ignore.
