uilding the infrastructure for institutional climate funding

ACV had the research credibility and the mission. What they did not yet have was the funding infrastructure to access serious institutional money, or a programme selection process rigorous enough to satisfy the due diligence requirements of major climate funders. Both gaps needed closing simultaneously.
RPC is leading two parallel workstreams for ACV. On funding, RPC is building a funder identification and selection process, mapping institutional climate funders, assessing alignment with ACV's mission, and preparing the case for support documents each funder requires. On programme selection, RPC is developing the framework through which ACV evaluates, selects, and reports on its climate programmes, building the governance infrastructure that transforms good work into fundable work. Both workstreams feed directly into ACV's 18-month funding roadmap and the End of Year Africa Climate Intelligence Summit in Q4 2026.
Funder identification and selection process in development. Programme selection framework being built to institutional standard. Funding infrastructure being laid for Tier 1 funder conversations already in preparation. ACV's transition from advocacy NGO to credible research institution continuing on track.
