Alford Conferences — European African Investors Forum

Strategic communications and investment intelligence for West Africa

Alford Conferences — European African Investors Forum

Challenge

The first European African Investors Forum, bringing together European investors and African MSMEs in Lisbon in November 2026, needed a UK presence with credibility and reach in the right networks. Alford Conferences needed more than a delegate recruiter. They needed a voice that could build the audience before the invitation arrived, make the case for the forum through intelligence rather than promotion, and provide the investment-grade research that would make the forum credible to serious capital.

Solution

RPC accepted the role of EAIF UK Country Chancellor and is operating across two parallel workstreams. On strategic communications, RPC is running a three-phase LinkedIn strategy across June to November 2026. Phase one establishes the intelligence stakes without mentioning the forum. Phase two introduces the conversation and announces the Chancellor role. Phase three drives registration through six rotating angles, capital, diaspora, West Africa markets, minerals, geopolitics, and a personal piece. Two content pillars anchor the work: The Investment Signal every Monday and The Intelligence Brief every Thursday.

On intelligence, RPC is producing monthly political and investment risk reports covering the West African markets at the centre of EAIF's investment mandate. As the forum approaches, RPC will deliver dedicated country spotlight reports for each nation being featured at the event, providing the investment narrative, political context, and risk landscape that European investors and African MSMEs need before entering the room. These reports underpin both the forum's credibility and its investment pitch to attendees.

UK Country Chancellor role secured. Three-phase strategic communications strategy active across June to November 2026.
